I have been working in the web industry since 1998, honing my craft in many areas in the web field, such as design, code, marketing, branding,  logo design and more. I designed one iteration of the Durham Bulls website way back in the year 2000.

I take a minimalist approach in web craft. This guarantees an organized project, fast-loading website, adherence to coding best practices, inclusion of accessibility features, and optimization for search engine performance. These factors enhance user experience and increase the likelihood of Google recommending your website over competitors.

Book a Introduction Call

  1. Introduction Call

    During this brief Zoom meeting, we will address your goals and familiarize ourselves to determine if we are a good fit for collaboration.

  2. Estimate

    After our initial call, I'll send you a preliminary project estimate via email, considering my experience and your goals. You can then choose whether to proceed with no obligations.

  3. Project Discovery

    We'll arrange a project discovery call to delve into the specifics and intricacies of your project. This will help us identify the required functionalities, scope, structure, assets, legal prerequisites, and key performance indicators essential for the success of your project.

  4. Proposal

    Following our discovery call and project roadmap, I'll provide you with a comprehensive proposal containing deliverables, scope of work, as well as pricing and a completion timeline.

  5. Project Kickoff

    We will convene once more to discuss our roles and responsibilities in order to propel the project forward. Additionally, we will ensure that all required assets, such as written content and images, are accounted for as we transition into the next phase.

  6. Design & Development

    We approach the design and development phase with a methodical and iterative process, ensuring that you receive regular updates and have the opportunity to review our work as we progress. You can expect to receive weekly updates at minimum, but in most cases, we will be communicating multiple times each week.

  7. Testing & Quality Assurance

    After you give your approval for the deliverables, we will subject your project to our testing and quality assurance procedures. This process typically takes around 48 hours and involves conducting over 50 tests to ensure that your website meets our high standards.

  8. Site Launch

    Once your website is completed and the remaining balance is paid, we will make your website live on your domain. Following its publication, we will conduct another round of tests to ensure its quality. You will then have a 30-day window to request revisions or make any necessary changes.

  9. Aftercare and Maintenance

    Having a well-maintained website is key to ongoing success. Our website management services can handle everything for you or provide detailed instructions on how to it yourself.
